What you'll do

• Review and interpret mandatory requirements for regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) through Engineering Technical Review.
• Issue RFI and RFQ packages.
• Conduct flow-down analyses for FAR, DFARS, and FAA compliance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, cost, and technical performance.
• Execute subcontracts, NDAs, and long-term agreements.
• Maintain legal records per U.S.
• Government standards.
• Support proposal costing efforts.
• Manage supplier performance and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews.
