What you'll do

• Conduct housing assessments and screen participants for Rapid Rehousing and other program eligibility
• assist with housing searches, applications, documentation, lease preparation, viewings, and move-ins
• engage landlords and housing partners
• educate guests on tenancy practices
• coordinate individualized plans and stabilization follow-up
• connect guests with community resources
• respond to housing-related challenges
• maintain HMIS and other records
• prepare reports and identify service gaps.
