The Switchboard Operator role is onsite in New Hope, MN, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. The position supports The Residence at North Ridge, a senior health care community providing a continuum of care. The operator manages the facility’s communications and emergency systems, directs inquiries, and assists residents, visitors, and staff while completing related clerical work.

What you'll do

• Operate the main telephone switchboard, paging system, two-way radio, and radio paging system
• transfer calls
• maintain resident, employee, and emergency contact lists
• follow emergency procedures
• monitor security and access systems and main entrances
• complete clerical assignments
• assist with guest meal tickets, stamp sales, and resident requests.
