What you'll do

• Assist supervisors in coordinating staff work while maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades personnel
• paint buildings and structures
• repair grounds-maintenance equipment and tools
• assist with equipment repairs, building and grounds upkeep, and preventive maintenance
• operate, maintain, and repair equipment and tools
• maintain records
• attend required meetings and training
• perform other assigned duties.
