The Caregiver role is onsite in Dickson, TN, with compensation of $16–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to private-pay clients and people receiving services through VA and CHOICES programs. The caregiver supports clients’ safety, comfort, and independence by assisting with daily living and following individualized care plans. Reporting changes in condition and maintaining a safe home environment help the care team respond to client needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• provide light housekeeping and laundry
• give medication reminders
• offer companionship and supervision
• run errands and assist with routines
• follow individualized care plans
• report changes in client condition.
