What you'll do

• Review structural and civil plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
• complete concrete quantity takeoffs
• estimate labor, equipment, materials, trucking, subcontractor, and production costs
• obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing
• prepare proposals
• identify risks and missing information
• track bids and deadlines
• support project handoffs
• take on project-management responsibilities as the division grows.
