What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments and shared areas, including leasing offices, clubhouses, hallways, and model units
• follow cleaning checklists
• track and report supply inventory
• report maintenance issues
• keep entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris
• support inspections, move-ins, and community events.
