Facilities Operations Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Operations Technician works onsite in Dunedin, FL. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports the Toronto Blue Jays’ Florida Operations team at its Spring Training facilities. The position helps keep TD Ballpark, the Player Development Complex, and associated facilities clean, safe, functional, and presentable. It performs maintenance, custodial, work-order, and preventive-maintenance tasks across both facilities as operational needs require.

What you'll do

• Paint and repair building finishes
• perform minor repairs with hand and power tools
• pressure wash sidewalks, concourses, and exterior surfaces
• repair or replace fixtures and building components
• identify maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns
• assist with improvement projects
• perform cleaning, waste removal, and sanitation
• track and update work orders
• request supplies and parts
• carry out assigned preventive maintenance
• support operations at both facilities.
