What you'll do

• Lead and mentor 2–3 system engineers
• manage team backlog using Agile or Kanban practices and track operational metrics
• partner with Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, and DevOps
• oversee infrastructure vendors, service-level compliance, change validation, renewals, and licensing
• architect and maintain identity systems and access controls
• manage Windows and macOS endpoint systems
• write and maintain PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts for automation
• administer network access, DNS, PKI, storage, and voice services
• remediate endpoint vulnerabilities
• lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
