What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing through the ITM platform
• verify member identity
• apply holds under Regulation CC and procedures
• assess needs and recommend products or referrals
• identify and escalate fraud concerns
• protect member information
• document interactions
• report ITM issues
• use approved AI tools within policy and review AI-suggested member-impacting content.
