Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Edwards, CO, with compensation of $39.15–$60.93 per hour. The nurse supports All Points North’s behavioral health and substance use treatment services in residential and partial hospitalization settings. The RN provides direct, trauma-informed nursing care, manages medications and clinical monitoring, and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team. The role contributes to safe, integrated treatment and supports clients through recovery and therapeutic services.

What you'll do

• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical changes
• administer medications and educate clients
• develop individualized care plans
• prepare and monitor clients for therapeutic services
• perform or assist with wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection
• document care
• respond to clinical issues and emergencies
• collaborate with providers, therapists, and other teams.
