What you'll do

• Execute local marketing and community-building initiatives
• build relationships with businesses and community partners
• develop a prospective member pipeline
• recruit, onboard, and develop instructors and studio leads
• establish operational processes, schedules, and staffing plans
• coordinate launch readiness, vendors, and equipment
• drive founding membership sales and monitor launch metrics
• complete instructor training, teach an average of 6–8 classes weekly, and maintain an in-studio presence during at least 25 class times weekly.
