What you'll do

• Review related loan files
• handle inbound and outbound collection calls and emails
• provide basic financial counseling
• identify options to address delinquent accounts
• conduct skip tracing
• discuss and negotiate payments
• research accounts and resolve difficult problems
• participate in team efforts to control delinquencies
• learn settlement and repossession processes.
