The Post-Press Operator, Group 5 role is onsite in Townsend, MA. Compensation is $22.50–$23.50 per hour. The role operates post-press and bindery equipment to process customer products to quality and production requirements. What you'll do

• Operate moderately complex post-press equipment
• perform preventive maintenance functions
• operate bindery equipment including Advent machines
• perform cutting, handwork, three-hole drilling, and packing
• set up equipment and monitor supplies and order shipments
• stamp and proofread customer orders and generate labels
• follow order instructions and production requirements
• maintain ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and quality standards
• adjust processes to resolve production issues and notify the team manager when additional information or resources are needed.
