What you'll do

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations
• ensure rooms and public areas meet hotel standards
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities
• manage lost-and-found, linen, and sanitation procedures
• hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• assign tasks and maintain staffing levels
• coach team members
• manage supplies and linen inventory
• monitor expenses and assist with budgets
• respond to guest complaints and requests
• coordinate room status with the front office
• maintain records and reports
• collaborate with maintenance and other departments.
