What you'll do

• Direct community-home operations and programming
• oversee direct-care staff, schedules, payroll documentation, evaluations, policies, meetings, and training
• coordinate medical appointments, activities, rights advocacy, and emergency-procedure training
• participate in staff selection, placement, and training
• manage building, grounds, and vehicle maintenance
• oversee budgets, petty cash, invoices, inventories, and expenses
• ensure required documentation and survey standards
• oversee individuals' finances and maintain relationships with their families.
