What you'll do

• Coach PK–8 teachers onsite
• model and co-plan evidence-based lessons aligned with the Science of Reading
• facilitate individual coaching and team professional development
• support phonics and literacy intervention programs
• analyze assessment and progress-monitoring data
• build teacher capacity through reflective conversations and actionable feedback.
