Insurance Reconstruction Estimator, Team Leader

What you'll do

• Screen and pre-qualify reconstruction jobs
• review and finalize scopes with adjusters and clients
• assign project managers
• project collections
• prepare estimates listing repair requirements
• review completed files for profitability and scope accuracy
• recruit and contract with specialized subcontractors
• respond to clients and adjusters
• train assigned personnel
• manage multiple projects
• write scopes for water damage emergencies and carpet cleaning estimates periodically
• support customer service, team coordination, and safety.
