What you'll do

• Oversee daily Social Services Department operations
• hire, train, develop, evaluate, and lead therapists and MSWs
• ensure treatments meet program standards
• conduct psychosocial assessments with patients and family members
• participate in treatment-team meetings and contribute social work perspectives to case management
• maintain compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• plan social services with administration, medical, nursing, and related departments
• provide referrals and resources.
