What you'll do

  • Coach and advise undergraduate students individually and in groups
  • advise on general education, course selection, degree requirements, campus resources, and academic policies
  • maintain supportive relationships and connect students with resources
  • monitor cohort progress
  • manage student caseloads and individualized degree plans
  • maintain coaching notes and retention information
  • help plan and evaluate the program
  • coordinate student-success programming
  • protect confidential information in compliance with FERPA.
