Account Manager, Property Owner Services

Job overview

What you'll do

• Respond to owner calls and emails within one business day
• hold regular owner check-ins
• resolve and follow through on issues and escalations
• onboard new owner clients
• monitor satisfaction and retention risks
• coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and accounting
• maintain communication and agreement records
• ensure work complies with management agreements, company policies, and local landlord-tenant laws.
