What you'll do

• Provide daily sales and partner support, including contract management, bank verification links, document and underwriting review, pipeline updates, partner communications, and submission requests
• maintain partner records in Salesforce
• coordinate with Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations
• assist with partner onboarding and recertification
• collect onboarding documents
• respond to partner inquiries
• and communicate underwriting policies and program updates.
