Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care, FT Day in Hoople, ND. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinates care, performs resident assessment, and conducts resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
