Maintenance Technician, Third Shift

The Maintenance Technician, Third Shift role is onsite in Marion, IN, working 11 p.m.–7:30 a.m.; days of the week are to be determined. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, with a shift differential. Crothall Healthcare provides support services exclusively to the healthcare industry and serves hospital partners. The technician performs hospital maintenance and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. The work supports a functional hospital environment by troubleshooting issues, completing repairs and inspections, and coordinating specialized work with vendors and contractors.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment
• replace plumbing fixtures
• clear drains and pipes
• identify and stop leaks
• rebuild flush valves
• adjust the building automation system for patient and staff comfort
• test and inspect generators
• replace light fixtures, bulbs, and ceiling tiles
• use drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and repair issues
• coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• perform preventive maintenance on emergency power and lighting, ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC equipment, and other assigned systems
• inspect buildings and mechanical rooms.
