Client Services Agent

Job overview

The Client Services Agent role is onsite in Trenton, NJ. Compensation is $23 per hour. The agent enrolls, educates, and supports clients throughout their relationship with the organization. Through accurate paperwork and data processing, responsive communication, and coordination across departments, the role helps clients and program contacts receive timely, compliant support.

What you'll do

• Support client enrollment
• process paperwork and electronic communications
• enter accurate data across multiple databases
• build relationships with clients and program contacts
• explain program rules and requirements
• liaise between clients and internal departments
• research and resolve inquiries within contractual timeframes
• manage escalated issues in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• support program growth through marketing, education, and community outreach
• and manage fluctuating call and email volumes.
