FTLAs teach and role-model life skills, create and supervise developmental and recreational activities, and collaborate with staff to enhance the program.
What you'll do
- Supervise and mentor high school seniors in campus residences.
- Teach and role-model life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, and healthy relationships.
- Create and supervise developmental and recreational activities.
- Accompany students to Sunday chapel services.
- Collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program.
- Provide coverage in student homes as needed.
