Identity and Access Management Architect

What you'll do

• Design and implement enterprise RBAC across Entra ID, Active Directory, and Entra External ID
• integrate HR systems with Entra ID for automated provisioning and deprovisioning
• govern directory structures, naming conventions, groups, and access reviews
• manage service accounts and other non-human identities
• advise development teams on identity security
• lead Conditional Access and PIM design
• support External ID governance
• maintain compliance-ready IAM documentation
• align initiatives with the security roadmap and participate in change management and architecture reviews.
