Human Resources Generalist — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Contribute to HR programs covering benefits, compensation, engagement, professional development, performance management, recognition, retention, systems, and training
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• create and analyze employee lifecycle surveys
• monitor HR trends and regulatory developments
• maintain compliance with employment regulations
• administer HR systems and data
• prepare HR communications and maintain intranet pages
• respond to employee inquiries and workplace issues
• assist with training and professional development.
