What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise nursing and ancillary staff
• manage performance and competency programs
• ensure nursing coverage, including after-hours and on-call services
• oversee safe, patient-centered infusion care
• review care plans and documentation
• coordinate care with patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacies, and other providers
• support quality and regulatory compliance
• manage staffing and supply utilization
• serve as a clinical contact for referral sources and partners
• support infusion-service growth initiatives
• and travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.

Why this role
