What you'll do

• Lead customer service on the selling floor
• coach and develop studio staff, including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• manage staffing and schedules
• oversee inventory, sales targets, visual merchandising, and studio operations
• ensure health and safety compliance
• train and onboard staff
• prepare performance reports
• track budgets and expenses
• and coordinate with corporate teams.
