What you'll do

• Assess patient nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary care plans, provide patient education, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and care teams, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
