What you'll do

• Support the Retail General Manager with store operations, staffing, merchandising, and customer service
• supervise and mentor retail, donation, and production staff
• manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and opening and closing
• assist donors, sort inventory, and serve customers
• maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• lead store operations in the General Manager’s absence.
