What you'll do

• Receive and store food and supplies safely
• prepare meals according to menus and census
• adjust recipes as needed
• monitor and document food and appliance temperatures
• follow safe food-handling practices
• meet meal schedules and portion standards
• clean and sanitize work areas
• report equipment issues
• support and oversee wait staff
• order supplies as needed.
