The director leads clinical practice for primary care providers at the assigned site while balancing patient care with administrative leadership. The role partners with operational and nursing leaders to strengthen workflows, access, scheduling, quality standards, and clinic operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and directly supervise primary care providers
• collaborate with the Site Director and clinical and operational leaders
• optimize provider schedules and coverage
• address provider conduct and professionalism
• improve clinical workflows and urgent issue response
• educate providers on initiatives and monitor implementation
• monitor productivity, standards of care, and empanelment metrics
• support recruitment and interviews
• review access and patient wait-time data
• manage CME and leave schedules
• address clinical operations complaints and incident reports
• serve as site Lab Director and assigned training physician for Standing Delegated Orders
• continue clinical practice and participate in the Provider Incentive Program.
