What you'll do

• Help clients shop for groceries
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with dressing, bathing, medication reminders, toileting, and transfers
• assist with physical therapy and exercise
• arrange medical appointments and transportation
• order and pick up medications
• discuss care plans and needs with care managers
• help prevent falls.
