The Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Coordinator works onsite in Richmond, VA, with an early-start schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$23 per hour based on experience, with paid overtime. The role supports Cross Creek’s Maintenance Division and its residential and commercial landscape maintenance portfolio. This coordinator connects account managers, production managers, field crews, and customers so schedules, service records, and requests stay accurate and moving toward resolution. The role helps the division deliver reliable service and improve communication between the office and field.

What you'll do

• Maintain customer, property, and service records in the CRM
• enter service requests and notes and track open items
• coordinate schedules, routes, crews, materials, and job details
• identify conflicts and missing information
• respond to customer, crew, and manager calls
• route customer concerns to account managers
• support onboarding paperwork and special projects
• source apparel
• coordinate subcontracted work and repairs from quotes through follow-up.
