What you'll do

• Respond to patient calls and portal messages
• schedule and track appointments and testing
• maintain treatment-readiness checklists
• distribute approved forms and education materials
• coordinate authorization and financial-clearance updates
• prepare charts for clinical review
• document in the electronic medical record
• route clinical or urgent questions to appropriate team members
• track incomplete appointments and follow up on administrative barriers.
