What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, sort, and measure ingredients
• follow nutrition and sanitation standards
• track inventory
• store food properly
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• maintain a clean kitchen
• and assist chefs. Dishwashers care for the dish machine and maintain clean dishware, utensils, and cookware while following kitchen sanitation standards.
