What you'll do

• Perform dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, conditioning, ear cleaning, nail and sanitary trims, haircuts, drying, and other listed services
• record grooming notes and maintain pet profiles
• clean and disinfect tools and work areas
• communicate with clients at check-in and pickup
• confirm appointments and vaccinations
• follow up with clients
• maintain personal grooming tools
• assist with department cleaning, inventory, and laundry
• participate in training and quarterly community marketing events.
