What you'll do

• Respond to high-volume claim authorization requests
• evaluate eligibility using diagnosis, product details, tenure, and contract terms
• interpret coverage language
• process cash-settlement offers and contractor dispatch requests
• enforce contractor pricing agreements
• communicate claim information to homeowners
• meet call-center and quality-assurance metrics
• follow up to bring claims to completion
• assist other departments with claim review and closure
• support remediation of sensitive claims
• provide subject-matter expertise and escalation guidance to contact-center teams
• analyze coverage for potential add-on plans.
