What you'll do

• Perform residential-unit maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring
• prepare apartments for turns
• maintain the maintenance shop and supply inventory
• conduct safety inspections
• coordinate with vendors for appliance replacements and specialized repairs
• and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular hours.
