EDM Machinist II

What you'll do

• Set up and operate EDM equipment, including Wire EDM and/or Small Hole where applicable
• manufacture electrodes and fixtures
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• perform in-process inspections with precision measuring tools
• troubleshoot non-conformances and adjust tooling or machine controls
• record production data
• complete preventive maintenance
• recommend tooling and fixture improvements
• deburr, clean, and package parts
• maintain a safe and organized 5S work area
• collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
