Control Room Operator — Microgrid Control Center

The operator monitors real-time energy system conditions and generation assets through control dashboards, responds to abnormal conditions, and coordinates maintenance and field activities. The role supports reliable customer power and the operation and growth of the Microgrid Control Center in a 24/7 environment.

What you'll do

• Evaluate real-time system conditions in energy markets
• run and monitor generation assets to support customers and the energy grid
• use SCADA dashboards, deployment controls, and visualization tools to monitor and control assets nationwide
• coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, fueling logistics, and field activities with technicians and third parties
• become familiar with contractual obligations
• assess and diagnose abnormal conditions
• work in a 24/7 environment.
