What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO on fundraising goals and strategy
• evaluate fundraising activities
• build systems and processes
• monitor projections and pipeline
• lead foundation, corporate, and government funding
• supervise the Grants Specialist
• oversee proposals, budgets, compliance, and reporting
• cultivate and steward donors
• engage the Board and Fundraising Committee.
