Field Service Repair Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Repair Technician role is onsite in Jamestown, NY, serving customer homes, healthcare facilities, and other service locations. Compensation is $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience. The technician supports safe and effective use of durable medical and mobility equipment through delivery, repair, maintenance, and customer education.

What you'll do

• Prepare, deliver, set up, and pick up medical equipment and supplies
• educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on safe equipment use
• inspect, clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as lifts, powered wheelchairs, and scooters
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
• document service and repair work
• support billing documentation, inventory control, and organization of service vehicles and work areas.
