What you'll do

• Travel to properties for service calls, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• oversee onsite contractors and crews
• communicate with property managers and stakeholders
• coordinate project schedules with office teams
• collaborate with sales, field managers, support, product, and development teams
• suggest process improvements
• write technical documentation.
