Lead Catering Server

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise on-call staff at assigned events
• delegate tasks and ensure rooms are set and food service is ready
• oversee event flow, breakdown, and cleanup
• submit end-of-day reports and paperwork
• handle cashless or credit-card payments and alcohol inventory
• ensure required alcohol licensing and signage
• communicate with guests, wait staff, kitchen staff, and managers
• know menu items and communicate potential allergens
• maintain catering spaces and equipment.
