Production Assistant, Plant Operations

The role helps maintain day-to-day plant operations by training personnel, assessing competency, and checking that tasks and standard operating procedures are followed. It also supports production reporting, maintenance documentation, inventory, and shipping and receiving records.

What you'll do

• Submit production reports
• train personnel using competency assessment forms
• confirm daily task forms, batch folders, resin weights, counts, and maintenance documents
• confirm weekly and monthly maintenance inspections
• conduct monthly inventory counts
• scan packaging and weights logs and shipping and receiving documents
• ensure maintenance work orders are completed and submitted.
