IT Field Service Support

What you'll do

• Provide deskside, OSS, and field service support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, AV equipment, communications-room devices, cabling, printers, and basic network connectivity
• install and test systems and peripherals
• diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and deployment issues
• image and reimage devices
• administer infrastructure
• prioritize and track tickets and provide user updates
• support remote offices
• maintain asset inventory
• train users
• recommend or perform device upgrades
• move equipment safely
• provide weekend and holiday on-call support when requested
• travel to remote locations using a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed.
