What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• explain available services, pricing, and recommended maintenance
• assist with oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, battery replacements, and other basic maintenance
• work alongside experienced technicians
• help minimize customer wait times
• recommend and sell appropriate services and products
• maintain service and customer records
• complete daily checklists
• handle cash and card transactions when required
• maintain a clean and safe service area
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
